What is playing out before us these days in the global financial markets is unprecedented. We believe it signals that we are at a turning point in the history of man. It is a challenge to us as ICCC Leaders to come before the Lord with a humble heart to seek His face. Others might not yet understand the scope of the judgment from God, but we as leaders in ICCC entrusted with the calling of God in the Market Place, must rise to the occasion.
It is time for us to gather together and present ourselves before the Lord, that He may strengthen us as a people under God, to become the bearers of the testimony of His Kingdom in the Market Place and to demonstrate God’s awesome presence.
The crisis is a signal that it is time to “cross over” into a whole new dimension in our leadership, both individually and corporately. If by grace He will use us for His purposes, we know that “it is not because of our righteousness … but because of the wickedness” now being exposed through the global financial situation.
At the conference you will be given an overview of the mechanisms that brought the financial crisis upon us. You will have an opportunity to visit Wall Street, Ground Zero and other places of importance for your understanding. But most importantly you will be ushered forward through a time of prayer and identificational repentance.
The Lord spoke to us at the ICCC International Board meeting in Jerusalem as we considered the ICCC Leaders Conference:
“All of you stand today before the Lord your God; your leaders and your tribes and your elders and your officers, all the men of Israel ...that He may establish you today as a people for Himself, and that He may be God to you”...”I make this covenant and this oath, not with you alone, but with him who stands with us today before the Lord our God, as well as with him who is not here with us today”. (Deut. 29:10-15)
As the world has come to a turning point and we sense the time has come to more radically present ourselves before the Lord, we believe it is crucial for every ICCC Leader from every nation to be represented at this unique event and participate first hand in this tactical forward move.
